Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.

Ultracet Semi 162.5 mg/18.75 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of severe acute pain.
How to use Ultracet Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ultracet Semi 162.5 mg/18.75 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food, if it causes stomach upset.
How Ultracet Semi 162.5 mg/18.75 mg Tablet works
Ultracet Semi 162.5 mg/18.75 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Tramadol which relieve severe pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Tramadol is an opoid which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Use only for severe acute pain for not more than 5 days. Prolonged use may result in physical and psychological dependence even at recommended dosages. It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. In case of overdose, tell your doctor immediately.
